Classes

I teach all levels and all ages, from absolute beginners to experienced yogis

My preferred style is Vinyasa Flow, for a sequence where poses flow naturally with the breath

I also teach Ashtanga Vinyasa for students looking for a more dynamic practice

I also run Yin Yoga classes for people looking for a slow, more relaxing and gentle practice

A key feature of my classes is that poses (asanas) are held for several breaths. This enables students to gradually move into the pose and get into the correct position. This is essential in avoiding injury, and also for getting the maximum benefit from each posture
 

Beginners’ Class

I also teach a 3-week Beginners Course, which is run on a recurring basis throughout the year. This is also for anyone who might have done yoga years ago, and wants a gentle re-introduction. The course is £25 payable upon commencement
 

Class Timetable

I run classes throughout the week - daytime (on Mondays and Fridays),  and on Thursday evenings, and also on Saturday mornings. Please contact me for details so we can agree which class will be most suitable and convenient for you

All classes last for 1 hour

 

Prices

Classes are £10 on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis

Alternatively classes can be prepaid for a discounted price: £80 for 10 classes or £45 for 5 classes
(classes do not need to be consecutive, so there is no time limit for pre-paid classes)

Your first yoga class is free as a ‘taster class’
