I started yoga in my 50ā€™s as a way of keeping flexible and fit

My annual subscription at a gym had come to an end, and on reflection, Iā€™d gained little physical benefit 

I looked for something else, and discovered yoga. I went to a wide variety of classes both locally and in London to broaden my knowledge and experience

As well as building flexibility, strength and fitness, I also find yoga hugely relaxing for the mind

I gain so much benefit from yoga, I want to actively spread the word. Having been a business coach and mentor for many years, becoming a yoga teacher was a natural and logical move

I trained at YogaLondon and graduated as a Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hours Yoga Alliance
